Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re too busy working on your site or developing your applications, you scarcely have time to keep an eye on what’s going on with the server – whether it is under excessive load or whether all the processes are running correctly. With our Managed Services package, we will do this instead of you. Your VPS server will be added to a custom–built monitoring system and whenever there is a trace of a trouble, our skilled engineers will be alerted instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your hosted content is highly recommended – one never knows when something could go wrong. And using our Managed Services deal, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you having to install or configure anything. And the backups will be kept on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disk drives. As a result your hosted content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services option will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – which means you’ll be able to literally employ one of our practiced server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him rectify a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Servers.
